The West Coast teems with the world’s finest glass artists,
a fact proudly heralded by Seaside Gems. Established greats
Lundberg, Strini, and Satava play in the light with Berkeley
and Oregon’s young masters of tomorrow.
Paintings and sculpture transform the Seaside Gems loft into
a gallery for local artists. Ferenc Besze’s award-winning
watercolors flow with John Pogorelskin’s mixed media
surfing sculptures.
A highly polished, black, Kawai grand piano greets all who
enter Seaside Gems. More than a lustrous mirror for the chandeliers
and art glass above it, the piano comes to life in classical,
jazz, and world music performances by the Bay Area’s
best musicians, including classical singer and Seaside Gems
proprietress Diana Pray.
Concerts, Trunk Shows, and Meet-the-Artist Open Houses dot
